Cutting

The filter mesh is processed by a special die on a punch press. Raw materials are stainless steel mesh, black silk cloth-and other rare metal products. Generally used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical-and chemical plants.

The product structure of filter mesh includes single layer, double layer-and multi layer.

Processing technology: double-or three-layer spot welding, welding joints generally range from 4 to 10, can also be done according to customer requirements of single-layer-and double-layer edge wrapping.

Material: stainless steel mesh, galvanized mesh, copper mesh, dense mesh, punching mesh, etc.

Edge-wrapping materials: stainless steel plate, copper plate, galvanized plate, aluminium plate, rubber, etc.

Filter diameter: generally 5 mm to 600 mm.

Scope of application:

It is mainly used for distillation, absorption, evaporation-and filtration in rubber, plastics industry, grain-and oil screening, petroleum, refining, chemical industry, light industry, medicine, metallurgy, machinery, ship, automobile tractor-and other industries, eliminating fog droplets-and liquid droplets entrained in steam-or gas,-and as air filter in automobiles.
