Stainless Steel Sintered Mesh

Stainless Steel Sintered Mesh is a new type of filter material with high mechanical strength-and overall rigid structure, which is made of multi-layer metal braided wire mesh by special laminated pressing-and vacuum sintering processes. The mesh holes of each layer of wire mesh interlace with each other to form a uniform-and ideal filtering structure, which not only overcomes the shortcomings of low strength, poor rigidity-and unstable mesh shape of-ordinary metal wire mesh, but also matches-and designs the pore size, permeability-and strength characteristics of material reasonably, so that it has excellent filtering accuracy, filtering impedance, mechanical strength-and resistance. The comprehensive properties of grindability, heat resistance-and processability are obviously superior to other types of filter materials such as sintered metal powder, ceramics, fibers, filter cloth-and filter paper.
